It's no secret that the U.S. dollar has been struggling. That fact has been a boon to the Canadian dollar. However, for the most part, vehicular pricing hasn't reflected this equivalency. 

Volvo has been reaching out to Canadians in order to show that they do see the cost disparity and has offered suitably large incentives.
